Refill: before & after
We are shaking sand out of our bags today and trying to get back into a routine. I'm excited about all of the inspiration fodder I picked up in places where land ends and water begins. I need water to remind me what is possible.
Before: On arrival after working until 3 am, I woke at 5, and we drove all day, but I was still so so very happy to get there.
After: add a bit of sleep, sun, some silly, and salt to taste = much better
